Role Purpose
The E-Learning Curriculum Developer / Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, reviewing and maintaining high-quality online learning programmes, digital learning resources, learner assessments and educational materials.
The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts, training consultants, employers and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences that meet educational standards, industry requirements and organisational objectives.
This role is central to the company’s strategy of expanding its e-learning and digital education services and requires a professional with expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, learning technologies and learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development
Design and develop online training programmes.
Create structured learning pathways.
Develop learner-centred curriculum frameworks.
Review and update existing educational content.
Ensure alignment with learning outcomes and industry requirements.
Produce accredited and non-accredited learning materials.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
Experience producing digital learning resources.
Experience supporting adult learning and workforce development programmes.
Desirable Experience
